Blackbird Real Estate GmbH is an advisory and investment boutique headquartered in Königstein with further locations in Frankfurt, Munich and Cologne. Blackbird Real Estate has an excellent national and international network and has access to decision-makers in the areas of asset management, project development, financing and investment management.
As a transaction advisory boutique, we concentrate on buying and selling processes and work exclusively, independently and with focus for our clients. We concentrate on a few mandates where we can deliver added value and guarantee high service quality. In contrast to the classic broker, we offer a variety of additional services from classic management consulting.
Since 2014, Blackbird Real Estate has been co-investing with partners in projects with potential for value appreciation. In addition to this, Blackbird Real Estate is investing (“buy & hold”) in commercial real estate with a business park character.
